Ordering & Measurements

Q — How do I order a garment?

A — All garments are bespoke and made to order. To place an order:

  1. Browse the seasonal collection (e.g., FW2025).
  2. Click Order Now on the chosen item.
  3. Upload your measurements in the checkout form.
  4. We will contact you soon to confirm every detail and arrange the payment for your bespoke piece.
  5. Production begins only after payment and measurement submission.

Q — Are standard sizes available?

A — At launch our pieces are bespoke and produced to the measurements you provide. We do not hold standard-size stock for made-to-order garments. Some items are available in a one-size option. These are ready to ship and can be ordered immediately.

Q — Can I change or cancel my order?

A — Please check everything carefully before submitting. Once your order is placed and paid, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Q — Who is responsible for measurement accuracy?

A — Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of submitted measurements. Double check all numbers before upload — we cannot accept returns for incorrect measurements.

  1. Bust — Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Keep it straight and snug,
    not tight.
  2. Waist — Measure around the narrowest point of your waistline (usually above the belly
    button).
  3. Hips — Measure around the widest part of your hips and seat.
  4. Shoulder Width — From the edge of one shoulder bone across the back to the other.
  5. Sleeve Length — From the top of the shoulder seam down to the wrist bone. Keep the
    arm relaxed.
  6. Total Length — From the top of the shoulder (near the neck) down to the desired
    hemline. For the bottom piece, from the waist down to the desired length.

Short instruction:

  • Use a soft measuring tape.
  • Stand straight but relaxed.
  • Ask someone to help for shoulder and sleeve measurements.
  • Double-check each number before submitting.

Production & Timelines

Q — How long does production take?

A — Production times vary by category:

  • Fashion (domestic — Iran): Production + shipping = 4–8 days.
  • Fashion (international): Production + shipping = 20–30 business days (Middle East, Canada & USA, Europe — flat-rate shipping by region).
  • Home — Accessories (non-consumable): Shipped within Iran only.
  • Home — Furniture (wood & fabric): Production + shipping = 30-40 business days (Iran only).

No international shipping for furniture at this time.

Q — Why are production times longer for international orders?
A — International orders include additional processing, export paperwork and longer courier transit times; allow 20–30 business days.

Shipping, Duties & Delays

Q — How do I choose the correct boutique on the website?
A — At the top of the site you’ll be asked to select your shipping country:

  • Iran Boutique — For deliveries inside Iran.
  • Global Boutique — For international deliveries.

Choose the boutique that matches your shipping address to see correct shipping options and currency.

Q — Who pays customs duties, taxes or import fees?
A — For international orders, all local customs duties, are the buyer’s responsibility. All prices include taxes and shipping costs.

Q — What about delivery delays?
A — Delivery estimates may be affected by customs inspections, natural disasters, geopolitical issues, or other unforeseen events. We’ll keep you informed if any significant delay occurs.

Q — Will I receive tracking information?
A — Yes — once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a
tracking number.

Returns, Exchanges & Defects

Q — Can I return or exchange my item?
A — No. Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q — I received an item that appears damaged or has a production defect — what should
I do?
A — Contact us immediately via the Contact page with order number and clear photos. We will review the case and respond promptly. (Please include images of the issue and packaging.)

Payments & Security

Q — When is payment required?
A — Full payment is required after contacting you to confirm every detail. We will arrange the payment for your bespoke piece. Production begins only after payment and measurement submission.

Q — Is my payment secure?
A — Payments are processed via the secure methods like PayPal or Bank e-transfer.

Limited Editions & Drops

Q — How often do you release collections?
A — Collections are released twice a year. Each seasonal drop is limited: initially we release curated capsule, typically some home pieces and some wardrobe pieces per season.

Q — What happens if an item sells out?
A — Iconic limited-edition pieces are produced in small quantities. Once sold out they are not
immediately reproduced. Subscribe to the newsletter for VIP preview and restock notices (if
any).

Materials, Quality & Care

Q — What materials do you use?
A — We prioritize high-quality, often natural materials chosen for longevity and aesthetic. We follow a sustainable, intentional approach in sourcing and production.

Q — Why might fabric or wood vary in color or texture?
A — Natural materials can show slight variations in texture or shade; these are normal and not
considered defects.

Q — Care instructions

  • Follow the garment label (paper tag) for cleaning instructions; many pieces require gentle care or professional cleaning.
  • For wooden furniture: avoid excessive moisture, clean with a soft, dry cloth, and keep out of direct, prolonged sunlight.
  • Specific care notes are provided with each item. Also the care instruction is available in our website product section.

Q — What language options are available on the website?
A — The site supports Farsi and English. Choose your preferred language at the top of the site.

Q — How do I contact customer service?
