International Orders:
- Iran: Shipping costs within Iran is not included in the product price and will be charged separately.
- Canada & USA: Shipping costs are already included in the total price.
- Europe: We are not able to ship directly to Europe at this time. However, if you have a friend, family member, or traveler coming from Iran to Europe, we can deliver your order to that person in Iran for them to bring it with them.
- Production + shipping: 25–35 business days.
Home Collection
- Accessories (non-consumable): Shipped within Iran only.
- Furniture (wood & fabric): Production + shipping = 40-50 business days (Iran only).
- No international shipping for furniture.
Returns
- No returns or exchanges on all items, as they are bespoke or made to order.
- Customers are fully responsible for submitting correct measurements for fashion items.
